Major sticking point. Looking back over my old notes, usually every three weeks I hit a sticking point. As I wrote yesterday, in the past, I would have a high carb meal. Not sure if this is the way I want to go.

8:15am bacon and cheese omelett
3:30pm chicken, broccoli, rice, fortuen cookie
snack 2 gh pb smidgens
