Please Take A Moment To Read

Tonight, my evening prayer to all, and again extra for essential workers for whom this crisis is starting to take, or has taken, an emotional toll.

I’ve battled PTSD in the past — it wasn’t easy, but I came out the other side.

If you feel the crushing weight of having had to work during this time and you feel more than just a bit tired, more than a bit exhausted, more than a bit stressed, maybe a bit desperate — please seek help.

You don’t have to go through it alone. There are professionals educated and trained to help you.

And if you think no one out there cares. I care; I care enough to share with you something few people know about me.

  1. I have a sister who works in a hospital. She is part of the clerical staff there. My sister-in-law is a nurse. Then there are several family members who work in retail. Anywhere people work with the public has caused untold anxiety and stress. So, I thank you for this. It has been hard on many families, including mine.
