This morning’s 3 mile “jog,” I only “jog” more than 2 miles on days I don’t have to work, was completed in 46:44, an improvement over the 49:30 time of my last 3 mile “jog.” While still not a great jogging pace, I am continuing to improve. Additionally, starting to concentrate on breathing. I am focusing on training my lungs to be more efficient as well as increasing their capacity. I am making every effort to take all steps to protect myself, and increase my chances, during this pandemic. I have learned a most difficult lesson that those who I thought could be trusted to protect us — will often, and callously, betray that trust.
