Interval Goal “5” Reached

The other day I hit my latest interval goal of 250lbs. My original goal was 225, but with the pandemic making gym attendance, for me, a no go — I am unable to build as much muscle as in the past, so I am thinking of changing the final goal to 200. I will decide when I near 225.
Thank you all for your support and encouragement.

As you can see below my muscle tone is lacking at this point. Hoping to design a good home workout routine.

      1. You’re welcome, Joe. I’ve been okay,thanks. Busy with the audiobook work and trying to get this business off the ground. The virus lockdowns suck, in that I miss my loved one, but at least keeping healthy and protected. Missing you, too. 😘
