You Can’t Be Athletic Eating Low Carb

“Hey Old Doc Joe Chiro, They say that when you eat low carb, all you lose is water weight.”

My response, “That’s a whole lotta water gone.” 🙂

“Hey Old Doc Joe Chiro, Okay, so you lost a little bit of weight, but they say you can’t be athletic or build muscle on a low carb eating plan.”

My response, “Uhm.. Okay.” 😉
